You are considering becoming an Escort. Many things may have happened to bring you to this decision, but the majority of ladies do escort work as it can be financially rewarding.  Many ladies also enjoy the social aspect of it.  But if you think its easy then read on, there are many things you need to think about BEFORE you start working as an escort.  Ive listed some things for you to consider and to research, and ive  put them in no particular order and my list isn’t definitive.

*  You will need a separate mobile phone for your escort work.  Its best to have a separate phone and not just a different sim card.  This is the number that you will advertise when you are looking for work and if you choose to work for an agency, they will contact you on.  Its best to have a separate phone as there are times you will want to switch it off and not be contactable.

*  How will you operate?  Will you be an Independent escort who will set up your own website, online profiles and vet your clients and sort out your own security?  Will you work for an established good Agency that do all the admin for you and you just get told where and when to turn up?  Or will you decide you want the security of working in a Brothel where other ladies are usually there at the same time?

*   What services are you willing to offer and which ones do not appeal to you?  I always advise to only offer services you are comfortable with and that you would do in your own personal life.  Do not feel compromised or pushed into offering any type of services you are uncomfortable with, no matter what amount of money is on offer!

*  What will your cover story be?  Most Escorts work without others in their personal lives knowing.  You need a feasible cover story, that’s simple and believable.  Something that will cover you working different types of hours and going out smartly dressed.

*  Will you offer just an outcall service, or provide incalls as well?  How will you set up your personal security for the way you choose to work?

*  How will you ensure that you stay sexually healthy?

*  Once you have set yourself up you will need to think about how and when you advise HMRC that you are now working on a self employed basis so that you pay your tax and national insurance contributions.  You don’t have to tell them you are an Escort, therapist will do.

*  Do you think you can cope with seeing clients from many different walks of  life, nationality, sexual preferences, and who may not be your personal choice in looks and age?  You have to be prepared for this.

*  What are your unique selling points?  What is different about you from other ladies working in your area?

*  How will you cope emotionally with working as an Escort?
